Never back down. Register for our 4-week boot camp on Mondays to Fridays for fresh endorphins—fun & energetic group sessions to help you burn those calories with our fitness trainer. We will help you reach your maximum capacity so you can feel happy and healthy every day. It's a transformation of body and mind. Kickboxing/Boxing/Muay Thai Class

Don't stop the Grind and keep boxing and kickboxing. Registrations are now open! Payment to be received monthly automatically. 45 to 60 minutes of cardio exercise. Members receive great value for their investment at this gym, along with top-of-the-line equipment, personalization, and convenience. Train with professional boxers/kickboxers in developing combinations that go beyond the simple four boxing moves (jab, cross, hook, uppercut) and front kick/roundhouse kick found in schools focusing on cardio exercise. We will use hook kicks, sidekicks, crescent kicks, and a variety of spinning kicks. Plus, we will incorporate realistic sparring to prepare those who want to fight in the ring.
Boxing is an art that strikes with your hands only.
Sessions will focus on a basic understanding of stance, movement, strategy, how you deal with your stamina, psychological pressure, adrenaline, block, and dodge.
For Muay Thai;
Long-range (kick with the foot distance)
- Medium-long (kick with the shin distance)
- Medium range (straight punch, lunge distance)
- Medium short (jabs, cross, and upper distance)
- Short-range (knee and elbow strikes at clinch distance)
Muay Thai also teaches you better to endure pain as usually there is some Pain Training. You will be trained five vs. one encounter and two vs. two fights in Muay Thai classes.
