This fun and energetic exercise class for two to five-year-olds(give or take) is a time for little ones to get their bodies moving, play games, and learn basic exercises. This class focuses on activities that improve coordination, balance, and flexibility, all while having a great time together. Children will engage in playful movements, dance to music, and participate in age-appropriate exercises, making it an enjoyable and active experience!

LATER TATORS (ages 7-11)

This class ranges from age 7 through 11 (give or take), focusing on building strength and coordination through a variety of exercises, including, but not limited to, barbells and dumbbells, enhancing muscular strength, under proper supervision. They’ll also engage in body weight movements (such as pushups and squats) to improve overall fitness and flexibly. The emphasis is on proper form and technique, ensuring a safe and effective workout environment. This class also aims to instill healthy habits and confidence in physical abilities while making the exercise routine engaging and enjoyable for all participants.
