About Us

Crystal Willis and Justin Willis began their small business journey at their garage gym in Amissvile in 2009. Over the years, their venture grew, leaving them to relocate to a 1000 square foot space in Warrenton for 2 years before settling in a 4000 square foot facility in Old Town Warrenton for over a decade. Recently, they acquired land in town to construct their own gym, with completion expected in early spring 2024.
Juggling their roles as a career firefighter and the manager of the gym’s daily operations, Justin and Crystal also actively coach classes, contributing to the thriving gym community they’ve built over the past 15 years. They take great pride in the tight-knit gym community they’ve fostered, considering it a safe haven for all.
