Fitness also involves having enough strength and endurance so you don’t tire quickly or hurt your muscles when trying to do something slightly more physically demanding. Eating well helps control weight, but you still need to train your body to be able to handle more. Especially if you have a desk job, you can only walk so much around in an office.

In order to maintain your weight, you should at least exercise 3–4 times a week, including lifting and strength training, so try not to go over eight reps with one weight. Also, fuel up before you go exercising, so you have the energy. Maybe buy a pre-workout you can drink.
